By using the services provided by ProxConnect you fully agree to our Terms Of Service. If you do not fully agree then please leave.

User agrees that user shall not hold ProxConnect and/or any affiliates liable of any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages, expenses, including attorney fees and court costs that arise from any judgments directly or indirectly created by the services of ProxConnect and/or affiliates to the customer.

ProxConnect shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages the users business may suffer for any reason, even if ProxConnect has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If a problem occurs even if that is within ProxConnect's control, as the internet is unpredictable, user is aware that network availability is not guaranteed. ProxConnect and/or affiliates shall not be liable for any legal claims from you, the user.

ProxConnect may not be used for any of the following:

• For any illegal purpose including but not limited to the transmission or receipt of illegal material (including copyright violation).
• To communicate with minors (in a manner prohibited by law).
• To transmit any abusive, unlawful, threatening, or harmful material, for example web hacking.
• To engage in spamming (such as unsolicited commercial email), or any other kind of abuse over the internet.
• To power robots and other automated scripts.

We reserve the right to change our terms of service at any given time, therefore it is your responsibility to regularly check for any updates.
